If a member requires a visa to travel to an event they should contact customer support and request one.

Customer Support will then send you an email with the TRAVEL VISA APPLICATION FORM.   This form needs to be filled out by the TSA completely.   Please type if possible.   If you have to write, please write as clearly as possible.   All applications that are not legible will delay processing of the visa letter and could result in a missed event.

Once the support rep receives the letter back they will forward it to the ibuumerang TSA Advocacy Department.

The advocacy crew will work on the letter(s) and send it back to the TSA for travel.
